The Rates:

The indicated rates are in Euro per person and day with rich breakfastbuffet. All taxes are included.

Reservations:

You can reserve using the online Reservation System, per telephone or per email.

Confirmation:

You will receive a written confirmation from the Villa Martha recervation office within 5 hours. (from 08 am til 10:00 pm)

Prepayment:

No deposit and no credit cards will be charged!

Cancellation policy:

If canceld or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceld or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Tip: Please call or inform us directly for cancellations, so we can find a good solution togheter. 

No Show:

In case of "No Show" there will be charged the whole amount of the Reservation.

In case of early departure or late arrival:

100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged, but you get a bonus of the price for the days you don´t stayed here for the next holiday at Villa Martha. (for a minimum stay of 3 days)

Trip cancellation insurance

Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Check in:

At your arrival day, the check in begins from 13:00 ó clock. If the rooms are ready before, certainly you can make

Please inform us if you will arrive after 21:00 ó clock.

Check out:

At your departing day you should leave the rooms bevor 10:00 ó clock in the morning. It may also be possible to make the check out later, but just after making arrangements with the Reception. If you like to stay tli 18:00 ó clock there is a charge of 18,00 Euro par Person, but just after talking with Matteo for disposal.

The breakfast:

Let us entertain you with a combination of fine English service and a healty buffet for body and soul. Just local fine food!

We will serve our "special" breakfast from 07:45 til 09:45 ó clock in the morning. 

Don´t worry, if you are a longsleeper be happy. After 09:45 ó clock we serve a small breakfast at our Lounge "Moses".

Parking:

Our guests can leave their cars at our private parking place on the Villa Martha. Reservation is not necessary.

OLDTIMER & AMERICAN CARS:

Oldtimer, Cabrios und American Cars are welcome in the Garage. Just with reservation.

Harley Davidson, Indians and all other bikes:

Free parking in the garage. Space for 10 bikes and more!

Bicycles:

We have an own closed space for your bikes. If you like you can bring them also in your room.

Luggage service :

For our guest who travel by plaine, train or bus, there is a service to transport and send luggage.
